Yes - just keep in mind Membership has a minimum term of 3 consecutive months. Cancelling before that's up means an early cancellation fee of 25% of your remaining balance applies, though you'll get that same amount back as in-clinic credit, so you don't lose any creditable value from it. You will lose eligibility for the birthday treatment upgrade if you cancel before the 3 months are complete.

After the initial 3 months, Membership continues month-to-month until you give me 14 days' written notice to cancel.

Yes - suspension is available on request, with no suspension fee. I'll work out the duration with you case by case.

No - it builds up and stays available even after your Membership ends. It isn't transferable to anyone else, and it has no cash value unless you request a refund on cancellation.

You can request a refund of whatever credit you haven't used, less Aglow's administrative fees and a $20 processing fee.

A $9.90 failed payment fee applies on top of your usual payment. This only comes up if a payment doesn't go through - it isn't part of your regular breakdown.

There's a one-off $9.90 Aglow account setup fee for new members. It's waived if you're rejoining within 30 days of a previous membership lapsing.

Membership itself is open to any age - whatever you redeem it for still needs to be age-appropriate and clinically suitable, assessed the same way any treatment would be.

They're built for different people, not just different mechanics. Membership suits you if last-minute changes are part of life - a shift worker, a mum working around a family's schedule, or anyone who gets sick or has to reschedule more often than they'd like. Once you're on a tier, you're exempt from deposits, late-cancellation fees and no-show fees altogether, on top of your payment converting to credit and unlocking retail and LED mask perks.

Treatment Wallet suits you if you like being able to see your balance in an app and tap your own digital card at checkout, and if you'd rather set a custom top-up amount than choose from the four tiers - handy if you don't want to have to ask what your balance is. Deposit and cancellation policies still apply as normal.

1. Membership Structure

Membership has a minimum term of 3 consecutive months. After the initial term, Membership continues month-to-month via automatic renewal unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Membership may be suspended upon request. No suspension fees apply. Suspension duration and conditions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

14 days' written notice is required to cancel Membership. If cancellation occurs within the initial 3-month term, an early cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance applies. Where this fee is paid, the member will still receive an in-clinic credit equal to the value of that fee, so the member does not lose creditable value as a result of early cancellation.

Cancellation prior to completion of the initial 3-month term disqualifies the member from the birthday treatment upgrade.

NDI Cosmetic Nurse reserves the right to terminate a Membership in cases of misuse, inappropriate conduct, or breach of these terms.

2. Fees & Payments

Membership fees are processed via Aglow, a third-party provider. Membership credit, spend and perks are trackable via the Aglow app. All standard recurring fees are factored into the weekly, fortnightly or monthly breakdowns outlined within the Aglow platform for transparency, and members can view all scheduled charges prior to payment.

A $9.90 setup fee applies to new Aglow user accounts. This fee is waived where the member is rejoining within 30 days of a previous membership lapsing.

A 3.58% transaction fee applies to each processed payment. A $9.90 failed payment fee applies where a scheduled payment is unsuccessful - failed payment fees are not included in projected payment breakdowns and are only charged if incurred.

The above fees are charged by Aglow and are non-negotiable. NDI Cosmetic Nurse reserves the right to amend Membership pricing or structure and will provide reasonable notice. Any pricing changes will not affect already-active memberships for the remainder of their current billing period.

3. Monthly In-Clinic Credit

Members receive a monthly in-clinic credit equal to their Membership fee. Credit accumulates and does not expire, even after the Membership is no longer active. Credit may be used toward services or retail products within NDI Cosmetic Nurse's scope of practice. Credit is not transferable, and has no cash value unless a Membership refund is processed.

Refund of credit: accumulated credit may be refunded upon cancellation. The refund amount will be less Aglow's administrative fees and a $20 NDI Cosmetic Nurse administrative processing fee.

4. Mini Pamper Treatment Every Visit

One complimentary pamper treatment is available per treatment visit, which may include a face, neck or hand treatment as discussed collaboratively in-clinic. Pamper treatments must be redeemed before the next is earned, cannot be substituted for credit, and are non-transferable (though this may be approved at NDI Cosmetic Nurse's discretion). All services remain subject to practitioner assessment and suitability.

5. Birthday Treatment Upgrade

Eligible after 3 consecutive months of active Membership. If the member's birthday falls within the initial 3-month period, the upgrade becomes claimable once the third consecutive month has been completed. It must be redeemed within 3 months of the member's birthday month, or within 3 months of eligibility where the birthday falls during the initial 3-month period.

The upgrade applies to an eligible booked service and may include an additional related enhancement at NDI Cosmetic Nurse's discretion. It is not transferable, not redeemable for credit, and remains subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

6. Retail Discount

Retail discount applies to all retail products sold at NDI Cosmetic Nurse, including bundles. Platinum members receive 15%, Gold members receive 10%, and Silver members receive 5%. Discount is stackable up to a maximum total discount of 20%.

7. Appointment Flexibility

Members receive unlimited last-minute appointment changes and unlimited exemption from deposits, late cancellation fees and no-show fees. NDI Cosmetic Nurse reserves the right to review or revoke this flexibility in cases of repeated misuse.

8. Age & Eligibility

Membership is available to all ages. Services and products redeemed must be age-appropriate and clinically suitable, and all treatments remain subject to practitioner assessment.

9. Clinical Integrity

Membership does not guarantee treatment. All services remain subject to clinical assessment, informed consent, practitioner suitability decisions, and regulatory requirements. NDI Cosmetic Nurse reserves the right to decline any service where clinically inappropriate.
