About these terms

NDI Cosmetic Nurse ("NDI") is a Fairfield, Victoria aesthetics business, ABN 20 696 514 039.

These Terms should be read together with NDI's Privacy Policy, which explains how personal and health information is collected, used, and stored.

Website use & content

Content on this website, including descriptions of treatments and concerns, is provided for general information only. It isn't personal medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for an individual consultation with a Registered Nurse. Treatment suitability, risks, and expected outcomes can only be properly assessed in a consultation, where your medical history and goals are discussed directly.

All content on this website - text, images, video, and design - is owned by NDI or used under licence, and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without NDI's written permission.

Bookings & appointments

Bookings can be made through the website's booking form, by phone, by email, or through NDI's social channels. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message.

Please provide accurate, complete information when booking, including relevant medical history - this helps make sure your appointment is safe and appropriate for you.

Deposits, cancellations & no-shows

• Free appointments (such as consultations and reviews): a $50 fee applies if you cancel with less than the required notice or don't attend.
• Treatment bookings: a $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment, protecting against late cancellations and no-shows.
• 48 hours' notice or more: your deposit is refunded or transferred to a new appointment, your choice.
• Less than 48 hours' notice, or a no-show: your deposit is forfeited to cover the appointment time held for you.

Exceptional circumstances are considered at NDI's discretion.

Payments & pricing

Prices are listed in Australian dollars. NDI is not currently registered for GST.

Prices are current at the time of booking but may change without notice - the price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to that appointment.

Payment can be made in person by the accepted payment methods at the time, or through NDI's online payment providers.

Memberships & Treatment Wallet

NDI Memberships and the NDI Treatment Wallet are optional loyalty and payment products, powered by Aglow. Payments are automated on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cycle, and become credit usable toward treatments and products at NDI.

Membership and Treatment Wallet terms, perks, and any applicable fees are confirmed at sign-up. Where anything in this section conflicts with what you agreed to at sign-up, the sign-up terms apply.

Consultations & consent

Booking an appointment isn't the same as consenting to treatment. Before any treatment, NDI carries out a consultation and obtains your specific, informed, written consent, covering the treatment itself, its risks, and any alternatives.

You're responsible for giving NDI accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and any medications or conditions - treatment safety and suitability is assessed on this information.

Results

Every person and every treatment plan is individual. NDI doesn't guarantee particular results, and outcomes can vary based on your own skin, body, and circumstances. Any examples shown are illustrative, not a promise of what you'll experience.

Age requirements

NDI's services are generally intended for adults aged 18 and over. Certain treatments may be provided to a person under 18 for a specific concern, only with a parent or guardian's knowledge, involvement, and consent, and at NDI's discretion.

Third-party platforms

NDI's website and booking process may use or link to third-party platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and payment or booking software. NDI isn't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party platforms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NDI's website and its content are provided "as is," without guarantees that they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fault-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, NDI's liability for anything arising from your use of the website is limited, to the extent the law allows, to having the relevant service re-supplied.

Complaints

If you have a concern about your care or your experience with NDI, contact NDI directly first - see section 17.

Concerns specifically about how your personal or health information was handled can also be raised with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Health Complaints Commissioner (Victoria) - see NDI's Privacy Policy for their details.

Concerns about the professional conduct of a registered health practitioner can be raised with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) at ahpra.gov.au.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to these terms

These Terms are reviewed regularly and may be updated as NDI's services or the law change. The current version is always available on NDI's website, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
