Frequently asked questions

  • DO YOU OFFER INJECTABLES?

Yes, I offer some injectable treatments. I also offer a range of non-injectable treatments.

Medical professionals are prohibited from publishing too many details about treatments on their websites due to Australian advertising guidelines.

To discuss specific treatment options, please contact me or attend my clinic for a consultation (book here)

  • CAN I SEE PHOTOS OF YOUR WORK?

Absolutely! I am a big advocate for viewing a potential practitioner’s work before deciding whether to go ahead with treatment.

However - due to Australian advertising guidelines - the only way to see many parts of my treatment gallery is to reach out and ask first.

Feel free to contact me and let me know what you wish to see!

  • WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES? DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

As I offer medical services, prices vary from client to client and depend on individual needs and concerns. They can also not be published due to Australian advertising guidelines.

The best way to find out my pricing is to contact me or attend a consultation (book here).

As for payment plans, I do offer Afterpay!

  • WILL I LOOK UNNATURAL OR 'DONE'?

My approach to aesthetics is for treatment to appear natural and not be detectable to the untrained eye.

I don’t ever want my clients to look ‘done’, so if this is your personal preference, we are probably not a good fit!

Please note certain treatments require downtime for common side effects such as swelling, bruises, and bumps. During this time, it may be clear you have had a procedure.

  • WILL IT BE PAINFUL?

As these treatments are medical procedures, they are often not painless.

Pain levels will vary due to treatment type and your personal pain tolerance.

I take as many steps as possible to minimise the level of pain experienced. This may include icing or numbing the area prior to treatment and providing distraction tools such as facial vibrators or stress relief devices.

  • HOW LONG WILL RESULTS LAST?

The following will differ depending on type of treatment, as well as personal client factors:

    - Downtime required after treatment

    - Onset of results

    - Duration of results

    - Sessions required to achieve end goal

For more specific info, please contact me and let me know which treatment/concern you’re inquiring about.

  • WHAT ARE THE RISKS?

The associated risks vary from procedure to procedure.

Some common side effects following procedures are pain/tenderness, bruising, bleeding, redness and swelling.

Other risks may include infection, allergic reaction, dissatisfaction and impaired bodily functions.

For procedure-specific information on risks and common side effects, please contact me and let me know which concern/procedure you are seeking info on.

  • HOW DO YOU HANDLE CLIENT PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY?

It is against my Registration to disclose any personal information to anybody without your explicit consent - including confirming whether or not you are my client - and I take this very seriously.

All medical information and clinical photographs are stored on my practice software and are not accessible by my personal electronic devices.

  • WHAT'S YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?

Please book via the ‘Book Now’ button on my site.

A $100 deposit will be taken for all treatment-type bookings.

Consultations & review appointment are free, but late cancellations or no-shows to these will incur a $50 fee, as the time slot was made unavailable to potential bookers.

  • WHAT IF I'M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

I allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your appointment start time.

Please don’t arrive after this grace period, as your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Keep in mind that my treatments are medical procedures and cannot be rushed or steps skipped for safety reasons.

  • DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

Of course! However I am not in clinic every day, so please look at my booking system to see when I’ll be in.

Please also note that clients who have booked online will be prioritised over walk-ins or ‘pencilled in’ enquirers, as a booker has paid a deposit to hold their spot.

  • CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member to your appointment, however please do not bring anyone under 18 years old.

If your accompanying person is seeking treatment, they should book their own consultation to allow time for a full exchange of information
