Can't find what you're after? Request a callback or send me an email.
You can book directly through the Book Now button - treatment bookings need a $100 deposit, while consults and reviews are free.
If you no-show to your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 fee applies.
This includes free appointments, so please let me know as soon as you can't make it.
I'll hold your appointment for 15 minutes past your booking time - after that, your deposit is forfeited and you'll need to rebook.
If you know you're running behind, a quick message or call helps.
Walk-ins are welcome on the days I'm in clinic - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (see Hours) - though people who've booked online are given priority.
I also can't always guarantee I'll be on-site, as I sometimes need to step out to run errands, so booking ahead is the safest way to make sure I'm here.
Of course - just note that anyone under 18 can't be present.
If your companion is hoping to get treatment themselves while they're here, they'll need to book their own consult.
Pricing depends on what we work out together at your consult, so I don't publish a set price list.
It genuinely varies from person to person depending on what you want to achieve.
I do - the NDI Membership and the NDI Treatment Wallet both let you spread cost into weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments rather than paying in one lump sum.
Ask me at your consult which one suits you best.
There are four membership tiers, each at a different monthly price, where every payment becomes credit toward your treatments in clinic.
Every tier includes perks like a mini pamper each visit, a free birthday treatment upgrade, and exemption from cancellation fees, with higher tiers adding things like retail discounts and free LED sessions.
Read more about Memberships for the full breakdown.
A digital card you load through automatic scheduled payments - the balance sits on the card and comes off when you tap in clinic or use it toward a deposit.
I'm not signed up as a direct Afterpay merchant, but if you already have Afterpay Plus, you can add your own card to your Afterpay Plus digital card.
You can then tap to pay the same way you would with any card here - so Pay in 4 is still an option.
Yes - for 2 weeks after treatment, I ask that you avoid travelling.
This isn't just for follow-up - it's medically necessary, particularly after filler, since certain adverse reactions are time-sensitive and need urgent care quickly.
Being reachable and nearby matters for your safety.
Unfortunately not while you're pregnant or breastfeeding - product safety hasn't been tested for either, so treatment isn't available during this time.
It's a genuine possibility - around a 50% chance, and it can occasionally be quite noticeable.
Worth factoring in if you've got an event in the next 3 weeks.
Let me know before your appointment if any of these apply, and we'll find a better time:
An already-triggered immune response will likely interfere with your treatment, and can cause you to build resistance to the product or a capsule around it.
Some of the services I offer involve both prescription and non-prescription injectables.
Promotion of prescription medications in any capacity is against Australian legislation.
As a Health Practitioner, I also have a responsibility not to promote or discuss particular treatments outside of a 1:1 setting.
For more information, please either book a consultation, send me a direct message, or call me.
My approach is for results to look like you, not like a treatment.
Some treatments involve short-term downtime such as swelling or bruising - that's discussed honestly before you decide anything.
It varies by treatment and by person - I use numbing cream, ice and other comfort tools where they help, and we go at a pace that works for you.
If pain is something you're nervous about, tell me and we'll build the appointment around that.
It depends on the treatment and on you - we'll cover realistic timeframes for whatever you're considering at your consult.
As with any treatment, there's a chance of things like pain, bruising, bleeding, redness, swelling, infection, an allergic reaction, dissatisfaction with results, or - rarely - impaired function.
I'll go through the risks specific to your treatment in detail before you go ahead with anything.
Everything you share with me is protected by my registration as a nurse.
I keep your records on secure practice software only - nowhere else.
Advertising rules mean I can't share results relating to Schedule 4 medications openly on my website, so for those I keep a private gallery instead.
Email me at [email protected] with the subject "Treatment Gallery Request."
Let me know which concerns you'd like to see examples for, and I'll send through some relevant ones.
For other treatments, you may be able to find real results elsewhere online, including my social pages.
