SERVICES MENU

You will notice services are framed around concerns, not product or procedure names.

This structure ensures regulatory compliance and reflects that appropriate options are determined through consultation, not pre-selection.

(If you’re unfamiliar, Australian law prohibits advertising prescription-only medicines or promoting services in a way that encourages their use before consultation & assessment.

Many injectable products are prescription-only medicines and, therefore, cannot be advertised.)

FACIAL AESTHETICS

  • For concerns relating to facial shape, natural proportions, or loss of support over time. We can discuss:

    • The balance of all facial features

    • Structure or heaviness of the lower face
(along the whole jawline and chin)

    • Loss of volume from ageing and lifestyle factors

    • Facial asymmetry

  • We can discuss lines or other changes caused by repeated facial movement:

    • Forehead lines

    • Crow’s feet

We can also consider more function-related concerns, such as pain or overactivity.

    • Jaw tension / clenching

    • Neck banding when clenching jaw (vertical lines from jaw down past collarbone)

    • Smile muscles (leading to gums reveal or lip disappearance)

    • Nasal flaring

  • Addressing unfavourable skin changes and texture concerns.

    • Wrinkle concerns

    • Uneven texture

    • Dehydration and thinning

    • Excess oil or sweat production

    • Enlarged pores

  • A skin needling device passed over the face triggers production of collagen, for improved skin texture and strength.

Prescription Growth Factors are applied topically to the skin punctures, accelerating healing and collagen production levels.

Further topicals and growth factors can be applied at an additional cost, for additional benefits such as skin nutrition (vitamins, antioxidants), deep hydration, and stronger healing cascades.

A course of 4 treatments are spaced roughly a month apart each, as a compounding effect is what leads to visible results.

  • Discussion of focused concerns in specific facial areas:

    • Eye concerns (tired appearance, under-eye hollowing)

    • Mouth concerns (lip shape, definition, peri-oral lines)

    • Management of unfavourable results from previous Practitioners

    • Reversal of results due to change of mind

GENDER-AFFIRMING CARE

  • For facial changes that align more closely with your personal interpretation and expression of gender.

    • Contour of the jawline and chin

    • Strength and balance of features (eg. more prominent lower face vs prominent cheekbones)

  • Reversal of aesthetic treatments no longer aligned with your personal gender expression.

  • Consideration of your beliefs around how certain features are read as feminine vs masculine, for example:

    • Brow position and shape

    • Lip proportion and shape

    • Proportion and shape of upper/middle/lower face

  • Management of scars related to gender-affirming procedures.

    • Medical treatment of fresh, inflamed or poorly healing scars

    • Scar texture support

    • Pigment camouflage of flat, white scars

SCARS + STRETCH MARKS

360 tummy tuck scar - before treatment
  • Medical management of newer scars still in the active healing phase (0-12 months old).

    Medical scar procedures can reduce:

    • Inflammation and thickness

    • Pain and itching

    • Width of the scar

    • Uneven texturing

    • Long term visibility of the scar

In best-case scenarios, medically treating scars before they have matured can prevent the need for other scar treatments in future, such as laser resurfacing, needling and/or regenerative and camouflage tattoo

  • Keloid scars are raised, thick and tight and grow beyond the original wound margin. Services include:

    • Assessment of keloid presentation

    • Ongoing management planning

Medical intervention via Health Practitioner-only methods can halt collagen overactivity, which is what is responsible for formation of the keloid scar.

Medical intervention is best done ASAP (at first signs of tingling/growth), so the scar can reach maturity (12 months) without collagen overworking. In best-case scenarios, this can reduce severity of abnormal growth.

The minimum benefit patients can see is a reduction in pain and itchiness.

  • Medically-regulated Growth Factors can applied by Medical Practitioners to a stretch mark following micro-needling. This accelerates collagen production, to narrow the mark’s width and lift its depth.

Stretch marks can be treated with Medical Growth Factors soon after appearance, as opposed to serum tattoo treatments, which cannot be done until 3 months after mark development.

Once the stretch mark heals to a point of being un-textured (3-12 sessions, depending on the mark and the individual), remaining light coloured marks can be camouflaged using skin-matched pigment tattoo

  • Needling of a raised surgical or trauma scar with a regenerative serum via tattoo gun supports breakdown of the firm, dense, stubborn, raised scar tissue.

This technique is often a preparatory step before pigment camouflage tattoo, if the scar is not yet flat and colour-stable (white/light - not red/purple/dark).

    IMPORTANT

If your scar is within its first 0–12 months, ‘Medical Management’ may be more appropriate.

As a Registered Nurse, I can manage scars earlier in their development, via methods only available to Medical Practitioners.

Intervention earlier on in the active healing phase (ideally between 3–7 months) may reduce severity of hypertrophic development from the start, potentially preventing the need for later texture breakdown treatments (like laser, tattoo, needling) altogether.

  • The appearance of flat, untextured, light/un-coloured scars can be disguised by tattooing pigment into the scar.

This can be done once a scar or stretch mark is 12 months old (keloids are ineligible for pigment).

If a scar is not yet flat, the scar will either need to be:

    • medically managed

    • micro-needled with growth factors

    • tattooed with regenerative serum

Treatment avenue depends on scar age and type, and will be determined via consultation

  • 1. Membership Structure

Membership has a minimum term of 3 consecutive months.

After the initial term, membership continues month-to-month via automatic renewal unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Membership may be suspended upon request. No suspension fees apply. Suspension duration and conditions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

14 days’ written notice is required to cancel membership.

If cancellation occurs within the initial 3-month term, an early cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance applies.

Where the 25% early cancellation fee is paid, the member will still receive an in-clinic credit equal to the value of that fee. This means the member does not lose creditable value as a result of early cancellation.

Cancellation prior to completion of the initial 3-month term disqualifies the member from the birthday treatment upgrade.

NDI reserves the right to terminate a membership in cases of misuse, inappropriate conduct, or breach of these terms.

    2. Fees & Payments

Membership fees are processed via Aglow (third-party provider).

Membership credit, spend and perks are trackable via the Aglow app.

All standard recurring fees are factored into the weekly, fortnightly or monthly breakdowns outlined within the Aglow platform for transparency. Members are able to view all scheduled charges prior to payment.

A $9.90 setup fee applies to new Aglow user accounts, or to accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. Existing Aglow users who have had an active NDI membership or treatment plan within the past 12 months will not be charged this fee.

A 3.58% transaction fee applies to each processed payment.

A $9.90 failed payment fee applies where a scheduled payment is unsuccessful. Failed payment fees are not included in projected payment breakdowns and are only charged if incurred.

The above fees are charged by Aglow and are non-negotiable.

NDI reserves the right to amend membership pricing or structure and will provide reasonable notice. Any pricing changes will not affect already active memberships for the remainder of their current billing period.

    3. Monthly In-Clinic Credit

Members receive a monthly in-clinic credit equal to their membership fee.

Credit accumulates and does not expire, even after the membership is no longer active.

Credit may be used toward services or retail products within NDI’s scope of practice.

    Credit is not transferable.

Credit has no cash value unless a membership refund is processed (see below).

    Refund of Credit

Accumulated credit may be refunded upon cancellation.

    Refund amount will be less:

    • Aglow administrative fees

    • A $20 NDI administrative processing fee

    4. Monthly Mini Pamper Treatment

One complimentary pamper treatment is available per fully paid month.

Pamper treatments may include a face, neck or hand treatment as discussed collaboratively in-clinic.

The pamper treatment becomes claimable after the full month has been paid.

    Pamper treatments:

    • Must be redeemed before the next is earned

    • Cannot be substituted for credit

    • Are non-transferable (may be approved at NDI’s discretion)

All services remain subject to practitioner assessment and suitability.

    5. Birthday Treatment Upgrade

Eligible after 3 consecutive months of active membership.

If the member’s birthday falls within the initial 3-month period, the upgrade becomes claimable once the third consecutive month has been completed.

Must be redeemed within 3 months of the member’s birthday month, or within 3 months of eligibility where the birthday falls during the initial 3-month period.

Upgrade applies to an eligible booked service and may include an additional related enhancement at NDI’s discretion.
